Thank you for your interest in joining our Affiliate Program. By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
To participate in our affiliate program:
You must be 18 years or older.
You must have a valid email address and payment method.
You must comply with all local laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to the affiliate program at any time for any reason.
There are two ways to earn commissions:
Starter: 15%
Premium: 20% (after R1000 or 10 sales)
Expert: 25% (after R2000 or 20 sales)
Team Lead: 30% (after R3000 or 30 sales)
Earn a percentage of your sub-affiliates’ commissions:
Level 1 (Direct referrals): 25%
Level 2: 20%
Level 3: 15%
RP commissions are calculated based on your downline’s earned commission — not the original sale price.
Commissions are paid monthly.
A minimum payout threshold of R200 applies.
Payouts are made via EFT.
Payments can be claimed 30 days after a successful sale, to account for refunds or cancellations.
You agree to:
Only promote approved links and materials.
Avoid misleading claims or false advertising.
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all posts, blogs, or emails (e.g., “I may earn a commission from purchases made through this link”).
Strictly Prohibited:
Spamming (emails, forums, unsolicited messages)
Promoting on websites with illegal, hateful, or adult content
Using misleading tactics (e.g., pretending to be us)
Bidding on our brand name in paid ads
Violation of any of the above may result in termination and loss of unpaid commissions.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile and payment information.
You may not create multiple accounts or use your own affiliate link to purchase courses for yourself (“self-dealing”).
If a sale is refunded or reversed, any related commission will be deducted from your balance or future earnings.
We reserve the right to terminate your participation if:
You violate these terms
You engage in unethical or illegal marketing practices
You remain inactive for 6 months or more
Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.
You may also terminate your participation at any time by contacting us in writing.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our logos, banners, and promotional content solely for the purpose of promoting our products. You may not alter or misrepresent our brand in any way.
We are not responsible for:
Loss of data or income due to technical issues
Affiliate tracking failures caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or third-party issues
Our liability is limited to the commissions owed to you under this agreement.
We may update or modify these terms at any time. You will be notified via email or through your affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Pretoria.
